About the assignment

We are looking for a registrar for a client in Laholm. The assignment involves independent work with the registration and handling of incoming and outgoing matters, while you have colleagues to discuss questions with.

Location: Laholm Assignment period: May 1 – September 5, 2025 Scope: Full-time, 100% Working hours: 08.00–17.00, flexible hours available

Your tasks

As a registrar, you will:

Manage incoming mail and register and dispatch documents in the systems Ciceron, Ecos, and Visual Management/Building-R Handle and provide public documents according to applicable regulations Ensure that record-keeping and document management are done correctly and efficiently

Your qualifications

• Experience working as a registrar within municipal operations
• Experience in record-keeping and document management
• Knowledge of the systems Ciceron, Ecos, and Visual Management/Building-R
